Situated to the west of Shenzhen in close proximity to Shenzhen International Airport, the project is to plan a new central business district for the Bao’an district. The CBD development area occupies an area of about 110 hectares (excluding the central parks) and provides a total accommodation space of 3 million square metres for office, commercial, hotel and residential uses.
